Organized by the University of Business Studies and the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel management in Banja Luka, this weekend seminar for quality services for small and medium enterprises was held, on which participated representatives of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje i.e. prorector for Science prof. dr. Saso Kozhuharov and teaching assistant MSc Andreja Mackic.

The seminar was divided into two parts, of which in the first part it was discussed about the quality of service standards for key finance and accounting, then sales, marketing, pricing, and control costs, while in the second part of the seminar participants discusses on the topic "Satisfying the international clients (SQ2)".

The seminar was opened by prof. dr. Zarko Ristic, Rector of the University of Business Studies, and academic prof. dr. Marija Knezevic, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Banja Luka, while the role of lecturers were dr. Elizabeth B. Ineson and Adrian Barsby from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.

Representatives from six countries took part in the seminar and worked in plenary sessions on several topics including "International consumer behavior", "The structure of successful companies in the small business", "The feeling of spaciousness in the business", "First impression and key standards", "Identity and brand building" and "Measuring the quality of services".

During and after the seminar, representatives of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje conducted several high-level meetings, on which many activities for the establishment, promotion and development of cooperation on scientific and educational plan which includes doctoral studies were arranged. Discussions were led with prof. dr. Zarko Ristic, Rector of the University of Business Studies in Banja Luka, Bijeljina and East Sarajevo, then academic Prof. dr. Marija Knezevic, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Banja Luka, Dr. Elizabeth B. Ineson and Adrian Barsby from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, docent Borislav Bjelic, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Economics in Banja Luka, Doc. dr. Biljana Barakovikj, Dean of Faculty of Business Finance and Financial Studies in Banja Luka, PhD. dr. Milorad Balaban, Director of the Scientific Research Institute of the University of Business Studies, Marija Mandaric, PhD, University of Kragujevac, Faculty of Hotel management and Tourism and Prof. Dr. Mihail Bondarenko, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade .
