Student on a summer practice in Greece
Continued cooperation with UTMS and the Consulting HR company Job Trust of Thessaloniki, in the field of student practicum.
Consulting agency for human resources "Job Trust" Thessaloniki Greece, traditionally this year met with the Center for Career and Training at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje. The purpose of this visit was the opportunity to deliver the performance of a practicum student in the high category hotels in Greece, whose aim Discuss Marina Stojmirova M.Sc. as a representative of the Center for Career and training UTMS and Ms. Andrea Balan from "Job Trust".
Interview with students from the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje did Ms. Balan, who first presented the program for student practicum, which included the presentation of the possibilities and conditions apply, then the way to provide the necessary documentation for obtaining the so-called "D visa" or student visa training course and regions that are part of the hotels where you perform Practicum.
Within the representation of Ms. Balan informed students of UTMS and meeting the prerequisites and tasks, which have all all positions, and certainly the conditions for stay in hotels, but the duration of the Practicum, working hours and days, the amount of basic salary, additional bonuses for successfully implemented practicum.
The purpose of the interview was actually seeing the affinities and motivation of students to particular positions, their readiness for acquiring the duties of positions selected by students, gained through previous work experience and level of knowledge of foreign languages, mainly English.
Concluding observations of the interview was the topic of conversation on Ms. Balan and the Director of Human Resources of UTMS, Jovo Ratkovic M.Sc., which were exchanged experiences in the summer practicum student, as well as opportunities to deepen cooperation between the University tourism and management "Job Trust".
