“TOWARDS RECOVERY AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH IN THE ALTERED GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT“
Organized by the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia on 28,29.04.2014 was held Third Research Conference "TOWARDS RECOVERY AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH IN THE ALTERED GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT".

The University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, whose representative was Saso Kozhuharov PhD, actively participating in the implementation and awareness of, anyway superior level of scientific papers in the fields of monetary, fiscal and macroeconomic sphere.

The conference was opened by the Governor of the National Bank, Mr. Dimitar Bogov, and the main part of their presentations were Dr. Erdem Bashchi , Governor of the National Bank of Turkey, Mrs. Martine Gergui, Deputy Director of the International Monetary Fund Fiscal Affairs and Dr. Philip Turner, deputy director for Monetary and economic Relations of the Bank for international Settlements.

In other sessions, were treated the subjects "Bank lending and Spillovers to the real sector "Private sector Behavior and Its Financial and Macroeconomic Impacts", "Measuring and Assessing Financial Stability", "Macroeconomic Issues in the Process of Global and Regional Recovery", "Fiscal Consolidation and Public Debt Sustainability", which was attended by a number of highly placed personalities of regional, European and international institutions and organizations in these areas.

On the sidelines of the conference, in a very direct and constructive atmosphere, it made a number of assets targeted meetings aimed at incorporating the teaching and scientific activities of UTMS.
