Organized by the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia from 16:10 to 18:10. 2013, in the capital of this state, held the second International Conference entitled "Employment, education and entrepreneurship" where their own representatives was present University of Tourism and Management in Skopje.

On this International Conference, University of Tourism and Management, attended by several of his papers professors, while speeches were Vice Rector for Science Professor. dr. Alex Kozhuharov, then Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Assoc. dr. Sasko Gramatnikovski, Dean of the Faculty of Human reursi profile. Dr. Alexandra Stoilkovska, Prof. Dr. Daliborka Blazeska, Assoc. Dr. Natasha Ristovska and Assoc. Dr. Zoran Strezovski.

After the end of the plenary session in parallel sessions took place the presentation of papers where presented 130 papers accepted by the International Scientific Committee of the Conference. Presentation of participants from the University of Tourism and Management caused great interest among the participants, which is a discussion that included more participants.

At the same time representatives of the Conference of UTMS conducted discussions of broad international cooperation with their colleagues from Serbia, then Algeria, Mexico, Iran, Croatia and other countries presenting the University as a whole.
